Ski testing in Meribel - find your perfect ski
We love trying out different skis! And we want to give you the opportunity to do the same. Each year we are lucky enough to be invited to the major ski tests in France, to try out the next season's designs. From our favourites, we handpick a selection of powder skis, freestyle skis and all-mountain skis which we make available in the shop for our customers to test. Curious? Try a pair out and see how they feel!

Come in and tell us what you are looking for, and test one or more pairs from our curated collection of all-mountain, freestyle, off-piste and ski touring skis.
(We aren’t a ski rental shop and don’t offer ski rental packages for ski boots and helmets, we are a ski test centre.)
Ski testing starts at €40 per day.

How our ski test works

Head to our booking form to select a time slot that works for you and provide an idea of what type of ski you are looking to test. We recommend booking in advance during busy weeks.

Chat with our team
When you arrive, our experts will ask a few quick questions about your skiing style, ability, and what you are looking for. Based on this, we will recommend skis for you to test.

Test on the slopes
Take the skis out and see how they feel on the slopes of Méribel and the Three Valleys!

Next steps
After your ski test, we will talk through your experience and find out whether you want to hand them back, try a different pair or enjoy the same skis again for a longer period.

Buying new skis with us
If you would like to buy a pair of new skis, we can help with choosing from our selection of compatible bindings and mount them for you. We also stock skins if you are investing in a ski touring set up, and we also sell ski poles.
Good to know: up to three days' ski testing fee is deducted from the final price when you buy your skis with us.
